Dean

Position - Trainee Program Coordinator

At HG Since - March 2021

Why HG - I see the barriers facing young people everyday in my work, and Home Ground is one of those spaces that removes barriers and creates sustained change.

Tell us about yourself - I live in a tiny house (on wheels) in Frankston North, with my wife Sophie, our newborn girl Mackenzie, and our great dane Willow. I have been a youth worker for 10 years. I worked out of the Frankston North Community Centre for several years before changing to a dual role with Fusion (as an outreach youth worker) and Project C (managing creative arts programs for young people in communities without arts access).
